No worries! You can Pause or Cancel a Success Plan with NO Pentaly!
We truly stand by our motto of "Succeed Together", and our tools are designed to help YOU succeed. If for any reason that you (as our Partner) need to Cancel or Pause a Success Plan, be rest assured that there are no fees at all! We want all of our Partners to be thrilled with our services, and that starts by ensuring our parntership is always in Your best interest.

When Cancelling or Pausing a Success Plan (or for Success Plans that are 30 days or more past due), we simply replace the BI Tool screen with a "Under Maintenence" screen which prevents access to the BI Tool, but does not indicate a payment or account issue.

There are NO Fees with Restarting a Success Plan or making a late payment!

Please Note: Success Plans cover the entire cost of the BI Tool Development, and payments made are to "catch up" on the amount owed. Cancellations do NOT provide any refund. Our BI Tools are fully developed before a Success Plan starts, with time, expenses, and team members already completed with their commitments.

This is all made possible because our Success Plans are In-House and utilize no Lending. This means (with transparency), that we at Data Lake Masters accept all of this risk.
